• Process Notice of Assignments, Change of Operatorship, Name Changes and Amalgamations.
• Create a chain of title and flow chart for each contract and ensure all historical and current documentation is in place.
• Update the land system and link contracts to related mineral and surface leases.
• Communicate with partners and working interest owners to verify accuracy of all land records and well interests
